Born and raised in Silicon Valley, I started my passion for childcare at the young age of 8 when my brother was born. Helping care for him, especially after our father passed was my passion as I wanted to keep him safe as well as cared for in a loving manor. I have also babysat neighborhood kids and cousins. Wasn’t till high school when I realized I was meant to be a teacher. Volunteering at a preschool in 12th grade cemented my decision to major in child development and thus create a lifelong journey working with kids. Now life has taken me to the Windy City where I have been a preschool teacher for many years but as of the last 4 years became a nanny in the city and love every moment of it!
